AI in Teaching and Learning with Dr. Alec Couros

What is Artificial Intelligence (AI) and what does it mean for our approaches to teaching and learning?
Join us for this informative talk presented by guest speaker Dr. Alec Couros – Director, Centre for Teaching & Learning (CTL) and Professor – Educational Technology and Media – at the University of Regina.
Dr. Couros will provide an overview of what AI is, how it is used, and more importantly, what it means for our approaches to teaching and learning? This talk will explore considerations and strategies for assessments and instructional activities in an AI-informed teaching and learning landscape.
The 60 minute talk followed by a Q&A period will be held on May 18 from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. in the AHI Auditorium (AH141) at the Welland Campus.
