Each chef will curate an evening that showcases their own path to education and the influences, moments and mentors that changed their lives. Each dinner with also have a multi course meal and reception that takes you on a journey of a dynamic and expansive career. Your food adventure will be paired with some carefully chosen beverages that has been sourced and supported not just by the chef, but the immense expertise in beverage here at Niagara College.
The format and service of the evening will change with every event as a reflection of the style and creativity of each chef professor.
Our students and staff from our Benchmark Team led by Victor Oliveira and Chef Justin Downes will take a lead role in creating an amazing evening for all.
