A Chef’s Journey – Celebrating Students

$120oin us for an unforgettable evening with NC’s Dean of Culinary, Tourism, and Beverage Studies, Chef Craig Youdale, as he curates a five-course meal that showcases his dynamic and expansive 40-year career.
The evening will feature exceptional wine selections, expertly sourced by NC’s own Wine Professor and one of Canada’s most respected wine educators, Peter Rod.
Guests will enjoy a night filled with delectable food, fine wine, cocktails, music, and a few special surprises. The event will be supported by students and staff from our Benchmark Team, led by Victor Oliviera and Chef Justin Downes.
This special evening will also mark the launch of the new Student Experience and Engagement Award for the Culinary, Tourism, and Beverage Division. This award will foster student engagement and activity outside the classroom, from celebrating our students at Benchmark to recognizing those who volunteer for charitable activities and support special events. Additionally, a silent auction will be held to support the Award.
Chef Craig’s specially crafted dishes will highlight his culinary journey, with a vegan option available and accommodations made for severe allergies.
