NC Culinary Services — Feed the Community
The majority of ingredients are sourced from unused produce from that week’s labs, helping to reduce food waste and reduce our environmental footprint. Production typically happens Tuesday-Friday (with the exception of exams, break weeks and holidays) and food donations are ready for pick-up Friday afternoon.
