A team of culinary arts student volunteers under the guidance of chef professors, come together to plan and curated meals to donate to community organizations and address food insecurity on-campus.

The majority of ingredients are sourced from unused produce from that week’s labs, helping to reduce food waste and reduce our environmental footprint. Production typically happens Tuesday-Friday (with the exception of exams, break weeks and holidays) and food donations are ready for pick-up Friday afternoon.
