This course will introduce you to the various methods and concepts of examination and inspection testing in welding and fabricating trades. Destructive testing methods will include longitudinal and transverse bending, impact testing, hardness testing, and chemical testing. Non-destructive testing methods will consist of visual, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, radiographic, ultrasonic, and hydrostatic testing.
