In this course, you will explore basic concepts of marketing, as well as customer relationship marketing and engagement marketing, in order to evaluate the best practices for these organizations. You will examine how digital marketing has become an integral component of the overall marketing strategy development and how it has changed the way in which consumers progress through decision making and the purchase process of tourism and hospitality services.
