You will be exposed to business best practices and management functions of casinos and casino resorts through active participation in discussions on the gaming and recreation industries' social, economic, and cultural impacts. You will gain a deeper understanding of the entertainment and recreation sectors and how they contribute to the gaming industry's guest experience and revenue streams. You will be required to assess the best practices and apply them to other gaming and tourism resort sectors. The content will be delivered through traditional lectures and interactive workshops, enhanced with field trips and guest lecturers from industry professionals.
