You will be exposed to business best practices and management functions of casinos and casino resorts through active participation in discussions on the social economic and cultural impacts of the gaming & recreation industries. You will gain a deeper understanding of the sectors of Entertainment & Recreation as well as how they contribute to the guest experience and revenue streams within the gaming industry. You will be required to assess the best practices and apply them to other gaming and tourism resort sectors. The content will be delivered through traditional lectures and interactive workshops, enhanced with field trips and guest lecturers from industry professionals.
