Description:

In this course you will learn the differences between drinking and tasting in addition to how best to match food and beverage. By exploring various cultural aspects of eating and drinking through taste, authenticity, culture and heritage you will be guided to what defines culinary//beverage tourists success factors of a culinary/beverage destination, the role of festivals and related special events. Upon completion of this course , students have the opportunity to obtain their Smart Serve Responsible Alcohol Beverage , Sales & Service Training certificate which is the only responsible training program for Ontario.
