You will be given the opportunity to examine and discuss the processes used by sophisticated world class visitor attractions to create attractions. You will learn the systems available to manage visitor attractions. With this insight you will be presented with a summary of the role of a tourism manager and determine you approach to administering the operational function of a visitor attraction. Finally, this course you will practice many of the activities an attraction manager may perform in the workplace.
