In this course, you will be introduced to the fundamental principles of project management. Students will learn about the project lifecycle, effective project scheduling and resource allocation. Emphasis is placed on practical techniques for estimating project duration, human resources, skill sets, materials, and equipment. Students will be introduced to the tools and techniques required to complete projects successfully, and guided through the process of creating a detailed project plan.
