In this course you discuss the concept of quality and how it affects manufacturing practices and how it can be controlled. You will analyze and evaluate problems affecting the quality of a manufacturing process and create practices and procedures to address these problems. You will discuss how to perform quality assurance testing and apply statistical process control to quality control functions.
