This course introduces human resource practices that are designed to support the success of a sport organization. This course covers the areas of human resources in the work place that provide sport organizations with the talent and human resource processes that maximize performance. These include: HR planning, recruitment, selection, orientation, training and development, performance management, health and safety and other related areas such as resume writing and interviewing skills.
