Description:

Students will be introduced to the broad range of current social services from a historical, sociological, and political perspective. They will identify government programs that contribute to individual and family social security in Canada and Ontario. Students will examine policy developments and implications through an anti-oppressive lens at the micro, macro, and mezzo levels.
