In this course, you will integrate the key learnings you have gained throughout the program by partnering with an organization within the community (private or not-for-profit sector). As an emerging supply chain professional, you will examine the challenges facing this organization from a supply chain perspective, conduct a needs analysis, diagnose the organizational issues related to supply chain and logistics, and make recommendations for implementation. Throughout this experience, you will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of supply chain and logistics issues in all functional areas of the chain of supply and the ability to formulate solutions that meet organizational needs.
