Students work in teams to operate a virtual company using ERP software, making tactical decisions in areas such as procurement, production, sales, logistics, and finance. Team-based collaboration is essential, as students compete to generate value and improve performance through real-time simulations. This course reinforces the importance of cross-functional integration, data-driven decision-making, and the role of ERP systems in effective business and process management.
