In this course you will be introduced to Lean Six Sigma principles and their application in driving process improvement. You will learn to apply the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework to identify opportunities, analyze root causes, and implement solutions that enhance business performance. Basic project management techniques such as cost estimation, earned value analysis, and risk management are incorporated to support project planning and execution. Emphasis is placed on using Six Sigma methodologies to evaluate internal and external business factors and develop data-driven recommendations aligned with organizational goals. You will also examine key financial measures and performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure proposed initiatives contribute to strategic business objectives.
