This course will provide you with the opportunity to learn about specific strategies and modalities for creating assessment-based care plans through collaborative approaches to achieve person-centred, outcome-based results. The theoretical and practical aspects of programming will be explored through systematically planning, implementing, evaluating, and adapting therapeutic recreation programs across diverse settings.
