Formulating individualized intervention plans and developing comprehensive and specific program plans to support the achievement of identified goals and objectives are two key components of the therapeutic recreation process. This course will provide you with the opportunity to learn about specific strategies and modalities for creating assessment-based care plans through collaborative approaches to achieve person-centred, outcome-based results. The theoretical and practical aspects of programming will be explored through systematically planning, implementing, evaluating, and adapting therapeutic recreation programs across diverse settings.
