In this course, you will explore the concepts and principles of interpersonal communication and work on skills for improving your communication through activities and hands-on exercises. You will learn about personality styles and preferences, interpersonal perception, verbal communication skills, nonverbal expression and communication, the impact of emotions on communication, assertiveness, forming and maintaining relationships, conflict resolution, and issues of self-esteem and power in communication.
