Description:

Students will engage in cannabis projects with local licensed producers (LPs), focusing on developing real-world workplace skills. Upon completion, students will outline the knowledge obtained in the program and the workplace in a final summary report reinforced by a feedback evaluation survey from their LP host. A supplemental independent research paper (IRP) will be substituted for students unable to secure a placement with an LP, supported by an industry mentor/faculty member with unique deliverables to demonstrate their obtained knowledge through program study and research, which will be identified on the TLP specific for IRPs.
