Description:

During the final term of this program, students are required to apply the knowledge and skills gained throughout the program through an unpaid placement or work-integrated learning experience, thereby enhancing their employability upon graduation. Field placements consist of a one-day-per-week placement in a healthcare-related setting. The student will work under the direction of an employer or preceptor, set learning objectives, engage in day-to-day job activities, and prepare reflective field placement journals that reflect their experience and observations.
