This course offers hands-on experience with various project management tools and technologies to support data-driven decision-making and effective visual communications. Students will learn to integrate technology to inform and guide project planning, execution, process mapping and monitoring, and evaluate the effectiveness of different technologies within project management. This course aims to align with the guiding principles of the PMBOK Guide when addressing project performance domains. The topics cover PMIstandards+ project management knowledge areas, with a specific focus on introducing students to tools and techniques required to complete projects successfully.
