In this course, you will be introduced to the principles of optical manufacturing and methods of testing to determine the quality of optical elements. You will use interferometric and noninterferomentric testing to demonstrate the presence of aberrations in an optical system. You will also use autocollimation techniques and measure the resolution of an imaging system.
