You will integrate the study, practice and application of ethical behaviour with effective leadership in the law enforcement environment. You will examine contemporary leadership and ethical theory and analyze and define behaviours that characterize morally strong, value driven law enforcement professionals and their organizations. You will define and apply the competencies required of front-line leaders to situational and scenario-based studies.
