This course is designed to provide students with a clear understanding of the physical expectations set forth by the policing profession. This is a continuation of PHED 1359, Fitness Lab III. PHED1459 provides the opportunity for students to continue their physical preparation (through progressively increasing criteria) to pass the PREP and PARE tests and meet the standards to earn the The Ontario Police Fitness Award.
