In this course, you will have the opportunity to assess various health-related components of fitness. A focus will be placed on occupational testing requirements for FITCO (Fitness Test for Ontario Correctional Officer) Applicants. Additionally, you will participate in physical activities to improve your fitness and better prepare you for occupational testing and the physical demands of correctional work.
