Description:

You will become familiar with the history and current issues of the health care system in Canada. You will explore the role the department of pharmaceutical services plays within various institutional sites. You will be introduced in theory to areas of special control, various drug distribution systems, prepackaging/repackaging, quality assurance and purchasing and inventory management in a hospital setting.
