This course will prepare you for the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police Constable Selection System. You will analyze and evaluate the required steps and apply this knowledge in the hiring process. The course will emphasize the interview component of the hiring process, and you will participate in mock essential competency interviews that will be analyzed and critiqued to improve your interview skills.
