Description:

The training and development function is in high demand in Human Resources. In this course, you will cover four key elements: needs analysis, program development, program administration, and assessment. You will also examine adult learning theory, establish learning objectives, entry standards, and characteristics and uses of alternative training methods and media, as well as the pros and cons of commercial packages, in-house design, coaching, evaluating program effectiveness, career planning, counselling theory and techniques, budgeting, planning, scheduling, and coordinating program elements.
