The training and development function is in great demand in the field of Human Resources and in this course, you will cover four key elements, namely: needs analysis, program development, program administration and assessment. You will also examine adult learning theory, establishing learning objectives, entry standards, characteristics and uses of alternative training methods and media, pros and cons of commercial packages, in-house design, coaching, evaluating program effectiveness, career planning, counselling theory and techniques, budgeting, planning, scheduling and coordinating program elements.
