From analyzing legal and regulatory compliance to facilitating grievances and fostering workplace collaboration, you will engage in case studies and simulations involving collective bargaining and dispute-resolution strategies, and learn to support managers in daily employee interactions, negotiations, grievances, and arbitrations.
