Issues related to disabilities is presenting a growing challenge to Human Resources (HR) professionals and their business partners. This course will provide an overview of the processes involved in administering a disability management program including the costs and the legal requirements impacting employers. Students will develop an understanding of the case management process, return to work procedures and vocational rehabilitation processes. Students will gain insight into the design, implementation, and management of disability administration within a workplace setting.
