Description:

The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the fundamental concepts and principles within the field of organizational behaviour. The course will prepare students in diagnosing organizational problems and to recommend solutions, or offer suggestions to improve the situation. The student will become familiar with guidelines aimed at improving individual work performance and enhancing an organization's overall effectiveness.
