Description:

Through interactive lectures, role play, case studies, experiential and creative group projects students will engage in examining and applying key aspects of providing high quality palliative care to individuals and families. Students will enhance their palliative care assessment, intervention and communication skills with patients and families from initial diagnosis of a life threatening illness through end of life care decisions.
