Description:

You will acquire an advanced knowledge about cardiac, circulatory, respiratory, and endocrine conditions and disorders and the range and use of therapeutic activities to promote performance following impairment in function. Under the direction of a therapist and through problem solving, applying the principles of activity analysis and selection, you will develop plans for therapeutic interventions with clients with functional/physical disability. Within these plans and in the lab, you will apply theory related to the use of assistive devices.
