You will develop an appreciation for diversity as you reflect on your own values and beliefs while exploring those of others. You will examine ethical and professional issues in rehabilitation therapy. You will perform literature and web-based research to obtain knowledge of the pertinent regulatory and professional bodies that are associated with your role and assignment of tasks by Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists. You will prepare a professional development plan demonstrating your understanding of various strategies and resources available to help you maintain, improve and promote competence within your profession.
