Description:

You will develop knowledge and skills necessary for thorough objective, accurate, and nonjudgmental recording of client information using a paper-based or electronic format. You will apply your knowledge related to privacy and confidentiality; terminology, abbreviations and symbols; relevant legislation; role of therapist assistant as related to documentation; and existence of policies and procedures specific to clinical settings. You will produce examples of documentation that are legibly hand-written or electronically produced.
