Specifically, the purchasing function as it relates to the procurement, management and allocation of resources in business enterprises. You will emphasize purchasing as a primary supply chain activity. Topics include purchasing and supply management, operating policies and procedures, managing the transformation process, pricing principles, contracts, ordering agreements and negotiations.
