This is the continuation of Operations Planning and Control I (OPER1330). Topics include the analysis of work systems, aggregate and capacity planning, materials requirement planning, scheduling production and service systems, and queuing models. Interactive computer models are developed in Microsoft Excel to solve realistic operations and management problems.
