Description:

This course will involve students in the development and implementation of a Six Sigma project. Students will learn various elements of the define, measure, analyze, improve, control (DMAIC) or define, measure, analyze, design, verify (DMADV) phases of a Six Sigma project. Students will work in small groups to develop a project based approach toward implementation of Six Sigma in manufacturing or service organizations.
