Description:

In this course, you will deepen your knowledge from previous courses of wine chemistry, microbiology and lab analysis. Special attention is drawn on organic and biochemical parameters during the vinification process focus on selected topics of organic and biochemistry applied in winemaking and vinification. Laboratory and field exercises will focus on selected topics of organic and biochemistry applied in winemaking and vinification. Classroom activities will include the controlling, analyzing and application of specific techniques in wine and sparkling wine production.

  • OEVT1126 - Introduction to Wine Chemistry AND
  • OEVT1324 - Wine Chemistry and Lab Analysis
