In this course, you will receive fundamental training with farm equipment used in grape production, including actual field experience focusing on learning typical vineyard operations. You will discover various viticultural techniques within the vineyards and learn farm and equipment safety, technical information and equipment maintenance. Up to half of the lectures are expected to be outdoors (vineyards, grape farms, equipment suppliers).
