In this course you will learn about winery procedures and processing equipment used in a modern commercial winery. You should use your practicum placement as an opportunity to familiarize yourself with winery procedures and equipment. Emphasis is focused on the procedures used in processing the grapes, cellaring the wine and in the maintenance of the winery.
