In this course, you will learn about the basics of biology with emphasis on the grapevine plant, including ampelographic characteristics of vines, their structure, above and underground organs, plant tissues and cell components, as well as the photosynthesis process. Laboratory and field exercises will provide hands-on experience and introduce practical skills for identifying important grape varieties.
