Description:

In this course you will learn about the basics of biology with emphasis on the grapevine plant, including; ampelographic characteristics of vines, their structure, above and underground organs, plant tissues and cell components as well as the photosynthesis process. Laboratory and field exercises will provide hands on experience and introduce the practical skills used to identify important grape varieties.
