In this course you will continue to grow in your understanding of Professionalism and Reflective Practice in nursing and build on your learning from NURS1258. You will explore CNO documents regarding supporting learners and Professionalism - specifically professional misconduct. By exploring ethical and legal issues in nursing practice you will develop a skill set to assist you in working through ethical and legal dilemmas. You also will explore the role of technology in nursing practice. Building on conflict resolution skills explored in NURS1258, you will now focus on conflict management and resolution with colleagues, peers and other health disciplines.
