The course introduces the student to Microelectronics Technology, specifically thick-film process technology, utilizing surface-mount active and passive components. This course uses a project-based learning approach. The project includes two parts: construct a thick-film microcircuit containing active and passive components, and perform comprehensive testing on the assembled microcircuits.
