A critical appreciation of the basic concepts and techniques of sales and marketing strategy with an emphasis on creating customer value and building customer relationships will be developed. The course will focus on the skills necessary for sales and marketing decision-making and will discuss how various strategic tools can be used in actual business situations. Emphasis is placed on decision-making, action planning and implementation. Business simulation involves student management teams competing against each other in running dynamic simulated business operations.
