In this capstone course, students will apply the knowledge and skills acquired through the Human Resources Management graduate certificate program to an organization, industry partner, or case study. The finished project demonstrates the student's ability to produce an in-depth analysis of HR issues, conduct comprehensive research, propose potential solutions through an implementation plan, and articulate these in a proposal and presentation.
