From advising on legal and regulatory compliance to managing grievances and fostering workplace collaboration, you will engage in case studies and simulations that involve collective bargaining and dispute-resolution strategies. You will learn to support ethical communication and decision-making, and be equipped to represent management effectively in day-to-day employee interactions, negotiations, grievances, and arbitrations.
